  • We take great pride in our product and are deeply concerned that our customers may be misled by these imitators. Some of these sellers have even copied our user guide and distributed it to their customers, which is both unethical and misleading.

  • Return Eligibility: Customers may only be eligible to return products purchased through the Resell Program if the item is found to be defective upon receipt. LittleMum reserves the right to assess and determine the validity of return requests based on the nature of the defect.

LittleMum disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the condition of the products sold through the Resell Program, except for the 15-year warranty expressly provided.
